Summer 2022 | Commissioned by The Milstein Program
The Milstein Summer Program saw over 30 students living at Cornell Tech, experiencing NYC, and working on collaborative and individual projects. I wanted to capture this amazing summer, so I brought along a small pocket camera along almost everyday - this is what I captured.
Summer 2022
I was lucky to spend 8 weeks in NYC this past summer, and of course I brought my camera along. These are a few of my favorite shots from those two short months. I attended parades, protests, parks; I got to experience Manhattan-henge, took some in the subway, and did some street photog, too.
A dozen clients, one week, and 20,000 photos later, I'm proud to present the Class of 2022! I worked with individuals, families, large club groups, and small friend groups to the senior's graduation from Cornell University. Congrats Class of 2022!
5/12/2022 | Commissioned by The Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management
At the conclusion of their semester-long class, students of AEM 5260 present their final deliverables. Over three months, students worked closely with a CO-OP to identify their needs, and deliver a solution that helps to grow and sustain the CO-OP. Clients included local CO-OPs in Ithaca, Welch's Grapes, and others.
5/12/2022 | Commissioned by The Steminist Movement
The Steminist Movement (TSM), founded by Anabella Galang, did their "TSMmy's Awards" (get it?) at the Cornell Botanical Gardens this year. The weather was beautiful, although the harsh mid-day sun made for good challenge lighting-wise. It was a joy to watch everyone celebrate each other, crack jokes, and honor their seniors.
5/7/2022 | Commissioned by After Eight A Capella
After Eight did their Spring Concert in Call Auditorium, a place I've shot a number of events, but never a concert. The lighting was stronger that other shows, but I think it created some fun results. Thank you to After Eight, I enjoyed being your photographer for this semester!
I returned as the Chordial's showcase photographer for this Spring! It was fun to see familiar faces, and look at how my work has improved since last semester.
5/1/2022 | Commissioned by Shadows Dance Troupe
Shadows Dance Troupe commissioned me for their Spring '22 Showcase at Cornell Cinema. It proved to be one of the most challenging yet energetic shoots yet. The Cinema doesn't have the same lighting setups like Stater or Call Auditorium, so I had to get creative with angle and settings. And because dance by nature has so much action, I had many more photos to cull. I'm so excited by the results, however, and think they're some of the best so far.
4/26/22 | Commissioned by Jason Shen
Event coverage of the JBL's workshop and team-building conference, led by Jason Shen.
4/24/22 | Commissioned by Less Than Three A Capella
Photog for Less Than Three! They were in a different location than the usual Statler Hall, and their entire showcase featured video game songs. It was a unique but exciting environment. I felt like I got some different shots than the usual showcase and got some inspiration for future jobs.
Cornell Model UN Conference makes a hybrid return after two years! Over 1,000 high school students attended CMUNC, debating about geopolitics, energy crises, physical engagements, as well as the French Revolution and the MLB (Space Jam style). The weekend long conference was so much fun to shoot, even if I only got a few hours of sleep. If you saw photographer with camera at the side biking like a madman around Central campus that weekend, that was me!
4/22/22
Hotel Ezra Cornell returns after a two year hiatus, kicking things off with a server derby. Hotelies have to race down Ho Plaza, making sure to deliver every drop of soup to their table. This event was an absolute blast to shoot - the beautiful weather and energy of the crowd was spectacular. Also, the marching band was there!
4/21/22
As a collab with my photography club, Capture at Cornell, and The Wardrobe, we did a photoshoot to show off some of their clothes that are available to all Cornell students in need of pre-professional clothing. Weather was a bit rainy, but we make do!

Winter 2022
A collection of my favorite photos from the Cornell Men's Hockey 2021-2022 Season. The contrast of the bright white ice and dark stadium, as well as fast action, provides for difficult but fun frames.
Some photos taken for the Cornell Daily Sun.
11-20-2021 | Commissioned by Chordials A Capella
A very fun shoot in challenging dynamic low-light conditions. The performances were amazing and lighting design was beautiful, coming from a stage director and lighting designer in high school.
Fall 2021
Photos taken at the Ithaca Farmer's Market, open Saturdays and Sundays. Fresh produce, street food, and live music. Always full of interesting people with interesting stories.
10-02-21
A celebration of cider week in October with three days of all things apple and apple product. Hot apple cider, crazy costumes, and street performances make a wonderland for street photography.
Photos taken around the Cornell representing the lives and students that make up the vibrant Ithaca campus.
